Our facility is located on the lower level (4th Floor) of the building.
🚗 Parking
During weekdays, parking is available in the garage on Morewood Avenue (next to the building).
Cost: $5 cash or $6 with credit card for a parking token (used to leave the garage)
Tokens:
If paying cash: Available at the token dispenser in the loading dock by the elevator (exact cash only) or in the building management office at Suite 460 (down the hall from us).
If paying with credit card: Ask our technician for a token at the end of your appointment during checkout
Access: Enter the garage from Morewood Avenue and park in any available spot.
From the main level of the garage, enter the loading dock and take the freight elevator to the 4th floor to reach Suite 475.
On weekends, the garage is closed however street parking is available alongside the building on Morewood Avenue.
🏢 Building Entry (Weekdays Only)
If entering through the main entrance:
Walk downstairs, take a left and then go down the first hallway on the right. Our suite will be around the corner to the right.
If entering through the garage:
Take the freight elevator to the 4th floor and you’ll find us straight ahead.
📅 Weekend and Evening Appointments
On weekends and weekday evenings, the main building entrances are closed.
Please enter through the side entrance at 243 Morewood Avenue (Real Estate Enterprises).
If the side entrance door is closed, call 412-564-3383, and a staff member will let you in.
Head down the stairs and take the hallway to your left. We’ll be the first office to your right (across from the restrooms and elevator).
Please note that the garage is also closed on weekends however street parking is available alongside the building on Morewood Avenue.
